Owned and operated by firefighters, we strive to provide fire departments and other emergency service agencies with the most accurate and positive representations possible. Our goal is to provide agencies with one source for all apparel and accessory needs.

Policies & Rates

Shipping Policies

• Most orders will be shipped by our choice of UPS or USPS Priority Mail. We may occasionally use other carriers.

• In stock items are normally shipped within 3 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered , we will notify you whenever possible.

• If an email address is provided with your order, you will receive a confirmation email upon shipment.

Backorders, Refunds, Sales Tax

• Backorders may occasionally occur. We will make every effort to ship your order in it's entirety, but will notify you whenever possible in the event of a backorder.

• Custom orders are not refundable. In the event of a defect, the defective item will be replaced or refunded at our discretion upon return of the item.

• Non-custom orders will be refunded if returned unused within 7 days. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. In the event of a defect, the defective item will be replaced or refunded at our discretion upon return of the item. Return shipping for a defective item will be refunded.

• Sales tax will be charged at a rate of 7% to all orders shipped within Indiana. Sales tax will be waived when a tax exemption certificate is supplied. Sales tax is not charged to shipping destinations outside of Indiana.

Privacy, Security, & Credit Card Processing

• We value and repect your privacy. We will not sell or otherwise provide your personal information, including credit card information, to any other entity unless required by law.
